Own the payment routing engine, provider adapters, and idempotency infrastructure. Node.js, Fastify, MySQL. You'll touch every corridor we support.

Lead our security posture across API, web, and mobile surfaces. Own threat modelling, penetration testing, and incident response for a regulated fintech.

Build the AfriLink Pay mobile app for Android and iOS. We serve users on everything from the latest Galaxy to a 3G feature-phone-with-data — performance is a feature.

Train and deploy real-time fraud detection models. Our transaction graph spans 54 countries. You'll work with structured signals, USSD patterns, and velocity checks.

Close and manage strategic integrations with mobile network operators, banks, and aggregators in Nigeria and Ghana. You speak the language of CBN and BOG licensing.

Own our licensing pipeline across Ghana (BOG), Nigeria (CBN), and Kenya (CBK). Experience with AML/KYC frameworks and cross-border remittance regulation required.

How We Hire

Application review (3–5 days)

Send your CV and a short note on why this role, why AfriLink, why now. We read everything. A cover letter that mentions a specific problem we're solving gets priority attention.

Technical screen or portfolio review (60 min)

For engineers: a pair-programming session on a real problem from our codebase — no leetcode puzzles. For designers: a portfolio review and a 30-minute live design critique.

3

Final interview + offer (1 week)

A 90-minute panel with your future team. We discuss past projects, trade-offs you've made, and how you'd approach a specific challenge at AfriLink. Offer within 5 business days of final round.
